Customer Service Specialist | Online Stylist 

 

Austin, Texas Flagship Store | Full time

 

This position will combine exceptional customer service, online styling expertise, and e-commerce support to elevate the shopping experience for our online clients. The role involves assisting customers shopping through our website and digital channels with styling advice, product inquiries, and order resolutions. Additionally, this role supports the E-commerce Specialist with web copy updates, product uploads, and basic Shopify maintenance.

Responsibilities + Requirements for the role:

  • Responding to customer inquiries about products, sizing, and styling through email, chat, and social platforms, with an emphasis on providing personalized support and driving sales.
  • Handling order discrepancies, returns, and exchanges.
  • Offering personalized styling recommendations, supporting virtual styling appointments, and assisting high-value clients.
  • Assisting the E-commerce Specialist with tasks such as web copy updates, product uploads, and basic Shopify maintenance as needed.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Supporting the integration of platforms like Gorgias to streamline customer communication and improve service efficiency.
  • Contributing to the creation of styling-related content, such as outfit ideas and style tips, to engage and inspire customers online.

 

Skills + Qualifications for the role:
  • Proven experience in customer service, personal styling, or retail, preferably in a fashion environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm and professional tone.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with fashion trends and a keen eye for style.
  • Experience using customer service platforms like Gorgias or Shopify is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

We are looking for a full time Stylist and Sales Associate to create excellent client experiences and contribute to the business success.  If you are passionate about high-quality fashion and looking to excel your career with a fashion leader, then we want to hear from you. Previous sales experience is essential.  High-end fashion experience will be highly regarded.

We are looking to add to our current back-of-house team of motivated and enthusiastic individuals. This position will work closely with the Operations Manager and the e-commerce team. 

 

Requirements for the role: 

  • Have a fine eye for detail and organization 
  • Reliable, self-starter for a very hands-on job 
  • Consistently strive to deliver an exceptional client experience

 

Daily tasks included but not limited to:
  • Accurately receive, prepare and steam all incoming inventory 
  • Ship web orders accurately and per company standards 
  • Facilitate and assist in inventory management 
  • Respond to customer order inquires 
  • Deliver in-store purchases to local customers 
  • Assist team with special events as needed 
  • Daily support tasks to the sales floor team
