Head of Marketing & Ecommerce

Austin, Texas Flagship Store | Full time

We are looking for a full time experienced head of marketing and ecommerce to transform the digital experience for our customer.

Requirements for the role:

  • Ability to manage a multi-functional team of professionals 
  • Expert knowledge of and demonstrated experience in marketing including website development, email marketing, SMS marketing, social media marketing, display advertising and retargeting
  • Utilize marketing platforms to improve and personalize the customer journey and increase conversions 
  • In depth understanding and experience with Klaviyo 
  • In depth understanding and experience with Shopify 
  • Expert knowledge in Google Analytics and other analytic platforms 
  • Ability to understand data and make actionable recommendations 
  • Focus on achieving sales targets
  • Project management in regards to the website; maintaining current apps, homepage updates, policy updates, privacy policy updates, Google policy updates, Klaviyo policy updates, web page updates, etc.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Ensure all functional areas of marketing integrate to deliver innovative, omni-channel strategies that result in customer engagement with measurable results, brand awareness and growth 
  • Drive awareness, reach and profitable revenue growth by improving conversion rates and increasing online transactions while leveraging customer related management for lifetime value 
  • Develop digital marketing strategies that increase engagement and optimize return on investment 
  • Collaborate with digital marketing agency to develop strategies and tactics to drive revenue and site traffic, increase brand awareness, etc. 
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to provide strategic and actionable insights and recommendations on campaign, website, and app performance 
  • This role provides collaborative work with Sales, Operations and IT to develop goals, strategies and initiate plans to grow revenue  
  • Oversea the development of the customer journey maps to optimize the customer experience, assure customer needs are addressed, and relevant marketing messages are delivered within an appropriate time
  • Ability to manage and understand advertising updates

Previous experience is essential.  High-end fashion experience will be highly regarded.

We are looking to add to our current back-of-house team of motivated and enthusiastic individuals. This position will work closely with the Operations Manager and the Ecommerce team. 

Requirements for the role: 

  • Have a fine eye for detail and organization 
  • Reliable, self-starter for a very hands-on job

Daily tasks included but not limited to:
  • Accurately receive, prepare and steam all incoming inventory

    Requirements for the role:
    • Drive revenue, achieving sales goals + motivating the team to reach individual/team goals
    • Facilitate the interviewing process of potential candidates; train + supervise progress
    • Ensure that company polices + protocols are being maintained by the team
    • Manage company customer service standards
    • Communicate frequently with management to identify opportunities + develop strategic methods for improvement
