    We are looking to add to our current back-of-house team of motivated and enthusiastic individuals. This position will work closely with the Operations Manager and the Ecommerce team. 

    Requirements for the role: 

    • Have a fine eye for detail and organization 
    • Reliable, self-starter for a very hands-on job 
    • Consistently strive to deliver an exceptional client experience
    Daily tasks included but not limited to:
    • Accurately receive, prepare and steam all incoming inventory 
    • Ship web orders accurately and per company standards 
    • Facilitate and assist in inventory management 
    • Respond to customer order inquires 
    • Deliver in-store purchases to local customers 
    • Assist team with special events as needed 
    • Daily support tasks to the sales floor team

      We are looking for a full-time Store Manager in our Austin location to contribute to support the success of our retail division. 
      Requirements for the role:
      • Drive revenue, achieving sales goals + motivating the team to reach individual/team goals
      • Facilitate the interviewing process of potential candidates; train + supervise progress
      • Ensure that company polices + protocols are being maintained by the team
      • Manage company customer service standards
      • Communicate frequently with management to identify opportunities + develop strategic methods for improvement
      • Oversee time management of staff
      • Ownership of productivity, sales goals and company protocols are assumed
      • Communicate & manage team outreach
      • Track store & individual numbers
      • Identify & communicate strengths & opportunities of sales team
      • Coordinate and/or support staff pk meetings
      • Complete monthly team schedule
      • Takes on the role of leadership with the staff
      • Manages opening and closing duties to ensures completion
