Online Return Policy
KICKPLEAT.COM will accept domestic and international returns on eligible merchandise up to 10 days after your order has delivered. We will refund your order to your original method of payment unless you choose to exchange or receive store credit. Returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and all tags must be intact. Please try on shoes in a protected area, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Shoeboxes cannot be used as a return box, shoes must be enclosed inside a separate return box. Items must not have been used for personal or promotional purposes in photography, social media or commercially. If there are any signs of use or if the item is returned outside of the 10 day return window, we will deny the return. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please note:
- Returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and all tags must be intact.
- Returns must be sent back from the country where the order was received.
- We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as Kick Pleat is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Ensure that returns are sent from the country where the order was originally delivered.
- Please note that customs duties and sales taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable. You may contact your local customs bureau to inquire about the possibility of recovering these fees.
- Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are not covered by Kick Pleat. These costs are at the expense of the customer.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We offer seasonal sales twice a year. Items previously marked down do not qualify for further discounts. To request a price adjustment, the same style and size must be available for purchase at the time of your request.
