All items marked down 51% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

KICKPLEAT.COM will accept domestic and international returns on eligible merchandise up to 10 days after your order has delivered. We will refund your order to your original method of payment unless you choose to exchange or receive store credit. Returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and all tags must be intact. Please try on shoes in a protected area, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Items must not have been used for personal or promotional purposes in photography, social media or commercially. If there are any signs of use or if the item is returned outside of the 10 day return window, we will deny the return. To begin a return for a U.S. online return, we can provide a return shipping label, please click here to obtain. We will deduct $12 from the amount of the return for shipping and handling.

For international returns, please send your return to our flagship location using a carrier of your choice within the eligibility time-frame.

We recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for you as KICK PLEAT is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please note, returns must be sent back from the country the order was received. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable, though you can reach out to your customs bureau directly in an effort to recover those fees. 

Price adjustments will be honored on full price merchandise only if it was marked down within 7 days of the receipt of your package.
