Dear friends,

After 10 wonderful years in our current Austin home, it’s time for our next chapter. We are moving!

There’s going to be a bit of a journey along the way, so here’s the plan:

FIRST: We’re making a temporary move to the former Waterloo Records space at 600 N. Lamar, beginning Sunday, September 27.

We’ve done a quick transformation of this iconic Austin space, and we hope you’ll enjoy seeing Kick Pleat bring a new iteration to such a familiar place. We expect to call this space our home for about three months while we put the finishing touches on our permanent location.

THEN: We’ll move into our beautiful new space - a project I’ve been working on for nearly two years. We’re reimagining another Austin staple, one you’ve probably driven past hundreds of times on Lamar, and I cannot wait for you to see the transformation.

The address is coming soon! We’ll keep you updated as we get closer to the final move. As you can imagine, we’re at the mercy of construction… in Austin… so we’re doing our best!

In the meantime: same Kick Pleat, new surroundings, and a new chapter just around the corner.

Thank you for continuing to move with us. More than anything, I hope you know how grateful we are for you. Our customers have inspired us for all these years, and it means so much to have you with us for what comes next.

We can’t wait to welcome you at 600 N. Lamar - and, before long, into our new home.
